I think butter milk tastes real good. Meijer (a Michigan brand) tastes especially good. I've never washed a pig with it, though.

I think there is something traditionally sideshow about buttermilk. Did you ever notice that it leaves streaks down the sides of the glass that look like stretch marks on a fat lady? (As Josh chants, "It's alive, it's on the inside...")

Can't drink it, but it sure works good in cooking. Especially Karhi Pakora, Indian buttermilk soup with chickpea-flour dumplings (mmmmm!)

Buttermilk is too expensive, so I make my own. It's so easy! All you need is equal parts of butter and milk. Put them in a blender on 'high' for ten minutes, chill, and drink. (Just make sure the milk and butter are room temperature or it will REALLY glom up your blender!)

Now imagine what it does to your coronary pieces and stems...
