Hmmm…. I would have to give the following as my favorites albeit some of these may have been replaced with others before I got arthritis in my right hand which has really limited my magic in many ways.
Not necessarily in the order of what I consider to be my all time and steadfast favorites.

Multi Dimensional ( yes…..that is DEFINITELY number ONE)

Extractor (endless routines here!)

Uni –Key (no longer made but luckily there is now the Flink Key!!!)

Extreme Burn

Fraud

Hopping Half

Scotch & Soda

Q.B 2.0 (although I no longer have it.....don’t ask!)

Invisible Deck

Twisted Sister’s (when the pain isn’t too bad)

And last but not least…..

Ibuprofen (no, not a new trick but a pain reliever for my arthritis!)

Color Monte. I don't use the original set though

I've got to ask; what set do you use?

I don't know what he uses, but I use the Ace of Spades, Joker, and Queen of Hearts from a regular deck.

If I had answered this post a year ago it would be Hopping Halves
If I had answered this post six months ago it would be Extreme Burn
Today I'd have to say Duplicity

Invisible Deck. I estimate I get 104.93 jaw dropping reactions per dollar.

No wait, 104.96. I just did it for my dog.

I'll submit two - if I may?
Keeping it recent...
Coinvexed - David Penn is an absolute classic!
And also Mesika's Tarantula - a giant leap forward in ITR's.

My submissions are props to purchase that I use all the time and not overly expensive or "collector" oriented. I can't name one and these are in no particular order of priority. I'm sure I am forgetting something too.

1) Barry Price Wallet using Extractor deck to palm the card away (signed card is seen stapled inside the sealed envelope after being removed from the zippered wallet compartment. The envelope is torn and spectator's card removed cleanly. Card can be examined and has staple holes in it. It simply fry's audiences)

2) Kennedy Mystery Box using Mercury Fold (people freak out).

3) Dean Dill's Blizzard and Dean's Box (great reactions).

4) Don Alan Chop Cup (with double fruit lemon loads).

5) Lassen Copper, Silver, and Brass (Dollar size)

6) Johnson Cig. thru quarter (great at parties when someone is smoking).

7) Wenger Spirit Bell (spooky)

8) Kohler's Aces in Their Faces (just looks impossible)

9) Invisible Deck (also looks impossible)

10) Princess Card Trick (fun)

11) WOW (great reactions)

12) NEMO 1500 (great)

Ya know, I've gone and tried to contribute to this thread at least a dozen times now, and each time I find myself typing in a different effect depending on my mood.

There is sooooo much great magic that has come out in the past decade and then some, that it's hard... maybe too hard... to pick just one. Plus, a lot of my favorite effects have been found on DVDs and books. And I haven't even tapped the world of downloads. This exercise is akin to the old game of picking a favorite movie and book if you were stranded on an island. Too hard for my small brain. I give up.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

To answer this question I need to look at what I actually use or have on hand on a daily basis. Lets take tonight as an example...I was at a dinner and bam, three coins appeared and dissapoeared. Did a sick color changing card trick, and even a spectator´s coin melted in her hand. Blew them away. My job was done. What did I do? The best and most sustainable stuff out there:
1. 3 silver dollars
2. Deck of Cards
3. Quantum Bender 2.0
These three will last me forever and will NEVER disappoint

My Extractor.

I simply love it. Its probably the best utility I've ever owned. I loved it when I bought it and now, a year or more later I still love it. I've already designed two different major illusions with it. It was the show stopper of a show I did a year ago and Im betting next year, when I do another show for the same audience, they wont even realize the new illusion is based on the exact same thing.

(The one last year was a card-flight to user's hands based on the extractor and an elmsley count. The one next year is a sealed envelope CTW prediction.)

I'm using Cosmo Solano's Q all the time. See the thread about it for details.

Cheap: Invisible Deck (I can't forget the surprise faces it managed to create) - now it is a widely know method and can be a little risky.
Less Cheap: Multi Dimensinal by Promystic. It is just perfect.
