Your design and mine are almost identical. I also have the brackets for the top when transporting, and the casters at the other side for pulling it along.
The nice thing about that design is if you need to lean the bundled rig against something, you can just angle it the opposite way from how you tote it, and the wheels are now off the ground and it is not prone to rolling and falling. I will often hang my bag across the open stand before the top goes on, so it hangs off the back. That way I can just reach down and get something from it without bending all the way to the ground.

Looks good. do you have enough "real estate" to fit those big cups, fruit loads, hat and final hat load? Any pix of your show?

Nice rig!!! looks a lot like mine... Except I am useing a fold out dolly right now... It folds down so small it is worth it to me...
Were you influenced by Kozmo's set up at all? Looks like it a bit. Also are those tall thick Animals? Thanks for the pics.. I love seeing other peoples set up... Shawn.

To the answer of your first question Gaddy is yes. I use Franks deluxe busking puch.
I got the wheels from Koz but I had bought Gazzo cups and balls dvd and that's where I saw the table. The cups are the Gazzo Cups. Madjake sent them to me. Devyn |

Nice job Devyn. Cellini has one similar to this. He puts the hooks for the top on the bottom of the jack stand and uses a leather strap to carry it without any wheels. I think that's a great addition.
What is your top made of? Do you have a lot of "spring" in it or just enough to easily pick things up? Mark. |

I'd say figure out how better to hook your bags to your table/dolly when it's all folded up. At least that's the function that I think those two gawdawful brass nut-cutters are performing, but their location is intolerable; you're going to get hooked-up more than you apparently realize. Either that or a small child will forever henceforth be seeing the world in monovision.
Other than that, it looks to be a nice set up. Oh, too many oranges in your pouch too. Did that bloody limey talk you into doing twelve loads? Or is it just the droll six? |

Mrunge my top consists of 3/4" piece of ply, a 1/2" sheet of foam, and green felt...then I put a boarder around it so the balls don't' roll off.
that's a good point thanks Eric. And those are only 6 oranges. I'm still working on a routine, so I'm not actaully going to use all of those. Devyn |

Not wishing to upset you ,but those cups are tall mega animals. I never made tall Gazzos. Well I did really as mega animals are in effect tall Gazzos. Just to be clear Gazzos are shorter after the rings.
I have a set of silver gazzos ready and babes. they cost a fortune to make and will sell for 2000 dollars so I might have to keep them |

Well I bought them from MadJake and he said they were Gazzos.
I don't really mind its just what he told me so... |

You should be able to just loop the pouch and bag over the tray stand and they will catch on the rails. That's what I do. Then you can get rid of Eric's Nut Cutters.
I use a suitcase dolly and bungee cords going from bottom to top to hold it all together and it's lasted me for several years. I like your setup with the wheels tho. I might give that a shot if what I've got gives out. One less piece.

Its actually not that hard to build.
Get a tray stand online at a restaraunt store. Go to your local hardware store get a piece of 3/4" plywood. And get some wood for a frame. The get some 1/2" foam from a craft store along with so felt. Then add the hardware on the sides for whatever you want your rig to do. Devyn |
