Gene responded to this a couple times in posts immediately before yours. It seems that the search engine took down the server so he's pulled it until he can finish a few changes he's making.

Yes, Gene is busier thatn a one-armed wallpaper hanger trying to get the bugs ironed out and get the search engine back up and running.

Man! I don't envy Gene. His job is all deadline and variables and trying to stay one step ahead of the hackers out there that are always trying to crash the system. We are sure lucky that Steve and Gene and MaryB are so dedicated to this site.
