I received this as a gift over the holidays, and I'm enjoying it greatly.

Most of the stuff is the standard self-deterministic stunts, but there are a few gems hidden in there that are actually quite impressive.

My favorite so far is the "Shuffle Games" category, especially the Vacation and Recreations versions.

What does it cost to get a player and the game?

Nintendo DSes run about $130 new.

You can get the game itself for around $30.

This is a great product - fun to use and it even taught me a few menatalism effects that are actually quite good.

I would recommend it as well.

Just picked up one of these for $20. The game and deck were new, but the box was on display as a new product box so it was beat up a little from being on the shelf for a year or two. Anyway, the game is very good, but the cards have a great marked deck markings. If you're looking for a good cheap marked deck, see if you can find one at your local GameStop. It's cheaper than some of the other marked decks out there. Easy to read. No decoding. Also, very subtle. You probably wouldn't notice the marks unless you riffle the deck (a la "Flipbook" style).
