Is anyone else who belongs to the LP Project having problems accessing the site? I haven't been able to get the site to load for that last few days.

Ah that works. I was using it without the magos on the end. For some reason the main page isn't loading.

Thanks!

This New Year's Eve I realized suddenly that The Learned Pig Project will be 9 years old this year. As they say: How time flies! I remember clearly one Sunday almost 9 years ago when out of boredom I started this project with only four books online. Now we have more than 100 plus some magic magazines and other magical stuff. TLPP website also hosts Gene Poinc's Memorial Website with lots of Bizarre Material from the fertile mind of the late Gene Poinc. He was a regular in my eZine until his death.

This year I have the goal of doubling the amount of magic books online. I want to go up to 200 with the most important old classics of our art for free access by all magicians in the world (but first they must apply for membership which is totally free... just a way for me to see if they are really magicians). We also have some very rare books online and I like to believe they continue existing because they are online.

By the way, TLPP is not a commercial enterprise; everything on the website is open and free. In a world where most everything is done for profit, some people have trouble understanding this but I assure you this is what TLPP is.

Yes, I remember that forum too. At the moment the wait to get in is very short, two days at the most... but I do remember those times you mention. Smile

Thanks all for the nice comments.

By the way, about two hours ago I finished uploading 10 more books. Go take a look.
