Once again people,I can't stress how great Dave is to deal with.not to mention...his store is full of magic,mentalism..u name it..

I have to wonder about this magic store about their customer practise and if this is a good way to treat customers.
I am waiting since 2 months for reply for a big order above 1000 Dollars. E-Mail adress from their website...no replies!
Via facecbook some automatic replies but no answer about my requests! Today I posted on their facebook fanpage that I would like to have a reply.. The answer:

Marko, thank you for your interest. It would seem the international time difference just isn’t going to allow us to help you. You’ve emailed us, we have emailed you, and things don’t seem to be working. We wish you the best of luck.

Hard to support little stores like top hat magic when its so difficult to order and get replies like that :-(
Obvioiusly I cant recommend them to all my magic friends internationally and in Germany.

The posts in this prior to the one above mine are 16+ years old. The link given for the website doesn't work anymore. I am not surprised you had any connection at all with anyone. Perhaps you ordered from a similarly named site and not the one given above.
