Hi Bill,

I hope all is well! Unfortunately, the most specific I can get is in the U.S.. If I knew the state- if anyone knows the state- I can might be able to look him up on the 'person search' type of sites...

Jim Gerrish added his variation of the Upchurch Double Glass of Water produced by Ireland's Magic c.1942, but has no further information on who the inventor Upchurch was. However, someone from Magic Inc. ( the successors to Ireland Magic) might know if he is the Upchurch you seek. If so, please stop back and let us know so I can add the information to my brief biographies of magic inventors site.
