Does anyone know how I could produce a 'Boing' sound effect?The smaller the device the better.Low tech is OK too.

My cell phone's camera shutter has a 'boing.'
probably my keyboard too.

and a bunch of CDs somewhere that might have it

I am able to download various 'boing' sounds.My dilemma is loading the sound onto a small pushbutton or remote device so I can produce the sound[instantly..with no delay] whenever I need it[at a level that can be heard in a parlour situation].

As you probably realize,I am not very Tech savvy.
