Hope you find this entertaining, especially the look on my face when butane squirts all over my arm (look at that wince of pain in my face).

Man, you have that thing turned up! I was worried for you for a moment, then I knew that you had practiced.
Please do not try what Ozer4 did on the first tries. Very impressive clip. Jim Pace

Nice clip mate, keep up the good work!
I have seen this effect many times, but never with such a large flame. I was surprised when that flame popped up! ![]() Yours magically, -Kevin- |

Hi Tony,
I PMed OZ and he said that they filled the Invisotorch to the full to get such a huge flame. I would like to get a little bigger flame. Shall I try to widen the hole a little? See ya!! Ivan ![]()

The way to get the flame up really high is more pressure. So all you have to do is wait till your butane refiller is out of fluid and just use the can to put pressure into the cylinder. Then the flame will be big. LOL

I've got a hand dragon and find that the flame is much bigger with it. I don't know if they are still available or not but I've had truly massive flames with it.

Wow!
Did you call the fire captain for that flame?
It's not the size of the wand,
but the magic in it ! |

I watched the video on this item and I have to say that as an owner of the original Hand Dragon that the HD is much more controlable as you can go from low to high and then back to low and then high again. You can always count on a massive flame from the hand dragon of at least 24" or better. I have a fond memory of demonstrating it for Jim Sisti and he nearly jumped out of the restaurant booth.If you can find one get it but I don't think that it is made anymore as Chappy is no longer with us.

Are you guys using this for your intimate restaurant gigs or when you offer a woman a light?
Would probably be a blast in the intensive care unit. :goof:

Niva;
if you went for a bigger flame do you think you'd need to adjust the torch the way you can adjust a bic lighter for a bigger flame? or maybe it would be too dangerous? (Brother burned the heck out of his hand adjusting a bic once.) Mike |
