It is called Dick Zimmerman's Dancing Ring. Very easy to make and perform. I recently sold mine. If you need more info you could send me a PM and I will give you the details.

I used to watch him and Diana every night when we were on the road them.

This may still be available as a dealer item. The photographic instructions with it are definitely worth having.
