I'm not familiar with the book, but I am very familiar with the Wonder Mouse. A friend of mine, who must not be named, wrote a book called "Marmaduke, the Wonder Mouse" and you'll find a link to it on my site in The Wizards' Journal #13 under the article "Pompom Critters." My own e-book shows you how to bring the effect of the Wonder Mouse indoors to the parlor or even the stage, and turn it into a full fledged act with cute little "critters" running all over the place, changing colors, multiplying ferociously, etc.
I was a former pitchman of The Wonder Mouse on the Jersey Shore boardwalks, back when the Jersey Shore was lined with boardwalks (that dates me!). I found I could sell many more "Pompom Critters" for double the price just because they were so darned cute.

I love Pompom Critters E-book, full in ideas that allows you to build a complete act.
My current routine with this funny “Creatures” runs for 10 minutes and could be more but I have blended it with a sponge balls routine. Kids love them. Perfect for B-days and Pitching. Nice effect Spellbinder! |
