Could I ask wear I can learn this because all the other bending methods I have learnt include frantically waving the spoon around!! This seems way more visual and smooth!!

lior manor also has some good bending, I recommend that aswell. also you can find bending on richard osterlind mind mysteries. these can be bought direcrly from his site. also WGM: metal bending gives you all the info you need. it does take some practise though(misdirecion, pattern, making it look good etc)/

Its an excellent choice for aspiring metalbendings. I used to do this everywhere. in bars, restaurants etc. its a great choice to start out. notice I don't do the what I call "XCM" flourishy bends. I tend to use only "realistic" bends. its my choice. mostly I freestyle but use a combination of the 3 bends I showed. now I hardly bend since I think it doesn't suit me anymore. I just thought lets show the guys something on the Café
