Dear Friends,
I reckon I might have just had the longest deja vu known to man, lasting about 3 minutes. Check out the link and see if it happens to you too. Anyone know who it is in the video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tK1puk_qiiU Chris |

To be fair, yeah it's a copy, but he does it quite well.

Reminds me of what Buckely said about trying to imitate Cardini in "Card Control". In essesnce he says "you would be better off working on a routine of your own, rather than spend hours and hours of practice only to be a poor imitation of the original." (paraphrased)

I can’t believe this!! Yes I wouldn’t seeing a bird act with a bit Lance Burtons routine but this is a blatant copy and he has not made it his own in any way!!!

What did I miss? I fell asleep before the first effect happened.
Cheers!

Who said he did it quite well? He suffers from the same problem MOST dove guys do. His arms seem to shrink to Tyranosaurous size!
His steals were awkward, his personality was a faint copy at best, I mean this guy sucked. I do not think he did anything "quite well" if you watch it.

A copy all right, but a very poor one.

Ok, I was a little drunk when watching that last night. Yeah it's pretty bad.

The copy is understood as anyone can see.
Because it is not suitable for his own character. Lance Burton is praised because he is him. Especially, I felt that video's music selection was not good. Regards. Broccoli |

So no-one knows his name then? Hardly surprising, really.

That's not COPYING..that's just downright stealing, and I don't mean the doves, either. That's very sad. Anybody know this guy? The UN-masked magician, maybe?

Yeah...and I think I'll go pay tribute to the U.S. government and their monetary system by printing my own money. Then spend it. You have anything for sale? I'll trade you some of my tribute for it.

Good question - it seems he had some kind of audience; I wonder if they were a paying one...
