Punishment idea number 1:

Produce a concise press release of this debacle and email it to every agent in Las Vegas.

Humour aside, how about not attending any Jermay event, including those "special" events in Vegas?

It surprises me, well, maybe not so much, that some who have justifiable concerns about not getting their product, will still:

1. Attend his lectures and NOT confront Jermay about his non-existent products/deliveries/broken promises, and,

2. Attend his event in Las Vegas, spending yet more money in the process.

Hit him where it hurts,in the wallet.

Chuck Colson said it best during the time he worked in the White House; "Once you have their short and curlies, their hearts and minds will follow."

Seriously, I find it strange/puzzling/odd that "you" would continue to fill Jermays bank account for either his lectures, products, or even attend his show, yet at the same time have these justifiable concerns.

I think it's time to go cold turkey on him, as well as any other "performer-mentalist" who likewise has a habit of non-delivery.

It's time to stop being an enabler with Jermay, and get him to rehab.

Don't feed his habit guys and gals.

Tough love.

And yes, I am sugesting a boycott of Jermay until he delivers all that has been promised.

Punishment Idea No. 2:

Contact the Inland Revenue. Knowing Jermay to be the organised, business like chap he is, I have a sneaking suspicion that his paperwork is a mess. This has the added benefit of hitting him in the wallet.

Why not set up a viral campaign? post up your thoughts/problems, and put it on youtube...send jermay the link...get it out and about...

Whynot create your own material?

Repackage Jermay's ideas. Of course, add your own presentations and handling as well as any insights you think will add something. But to hell with crediting him or asking permission.

Of course, I could only advocate doing this till you've recouped the value of your loss + covered your time spent chasing it up + covered the value of your own additions/routing + 50% of the total as a punitive amount which should be donated to charity.

I can see it now: "The Biggest, Baddest and Most Vengeful Three".

No I wouldn't happily hand money over to be ripped off. In fact Ive been ripped off for a much much larger amount of money owed to me for doing business. It went into thousands. Was I gutted? Sure I was. But If I continued to go on about it Ild be out of business.

Let it go move on don't do business with Luke again. See it as a lesson learned not an excuse to depress yourself and waste good bandwith on.

I got on about it because he's still selling, and that isn't right or fair.
