For me, it would be CASHFLOW, without a doubt. It's like Monopoly, but MUCH more realistic!

A board game called Scrutineyes is definitely my favorite board game. We don't play it the way the instructions say to though; we developed our own rules and game from it, which is a lot of fun. I never saw it in a store or sold anywhere again after I bought it about 9 years ago.
Also, Scrabble is one of my favorites. -Mack Magic

Go, Chess, Mastermind, Scrabble, and Balderdash. Has anybody other than me actually even heard of Balderdash??

I vote for Talisman, but Balderdash is definitely one of my favourites too, and my whole family for that matter. A great way to work on both your bluffing and your improv!

Cranium! You get to sculpt with Play-Doh - what more could you want? Talisman - cool game, I only wish I had the opportunity to play more often. Clue is fun, too (Miss Scarlet in the conservatory with the lead pipe!).

Chess, Malarky (people tell me it's like Balderdash, but I've never played Balderdash to compare), Pictionary, like Law; Cranium (think of Pictionary+Charades+Trivial Pursuit+Play-Doh), and Monopoly.

I used to be a backgammon enthusiast. I won the 9th Japan Backgammon Championship. I have written a book on the game and contributed many articles in Backgammon magazines in Japan and in Europe.

Backgammon for me - the perfect balance between skill and luck, and a darn sight faster than chess.
Also Chess and Scrabble. Dave

I love Pictionary. It's so fun! I also like Risk. What about card games? My favorite card games are Hearts and Spades. What's your favorite card game?
