I have a Vernet TT. You can see through it. What kind of TT do you guys use?

I have several, generally use Vernet. Don't worry about the translucence, with proper technique it won't matter. I've seen tt work done with bright red tt and even a totally clear one with no problem.

For a bill switch? None. No TT is necessary.
If you must then listen to photius he is spot on in this.
