I would think if you need answers to those questions you probably should do some more homework before you actually start a business. Make sure you know what will sell before you start, make a strong business plan and follow thru with it.

The HK is Hong Kong I would think. Look at other sites that do what you want. Look at the market in your area even. You will have to a business plan.
Just my thoughts.
