Does anyone know what the laws are in regards to busking in Panama City, Florida? I am out here for a while and there isn't any magic nearby so I thought I would magic up some of my own. I know they have a block party downtown every Friday between 6 and 10pm. Plus, it is about to be spring break.
Thank you, Jered

I would think the thing to do would be to go to City Hall and ask them.
Here in Rhode Island, Newport said "Not nobody, not no how!" Providence said; "Go ahead, with restrictions." Which at least one local police Lt. seemed to feel were more restrictive than I did.
