Is it possible that Carnac the Magnificent was a recurring comedic role played by Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show and one of Carson's most well-known characters and Carnac was a "mystic from the East" who could psychically "divine" unknown answers to unseen questions?

I do recall Carnac from Johnny Carson (I’m old enough!), but did you know that my nom de plume derives not from The Tonight Show but from the old Mummy movies where the Mummy is resurrected and sent out to dispatch the infidel violators of his accursed tomb by a line of Egyptian high priests of the Temple of... Karnak?
