I would offer a suggestion, if I may be so bold, and that is make the font size on the website a bit larger. This would make it easier to read for us old folks.

So you only do card magic?

This website is gorgeous. Usually when people ask their opinion on a video or a website I keep to myself. Yours is so well done, I think you deserve some feedback. Here are some of my thoughts and observations. Use them as you wish.

1) I don't get the bar and kid thing either. It's a bit strange to me.
2) In the sub headline, "PICK A CARD" the colors don't show up well on my monitor so I missed the whole idea at first.
3) I'm assuming you only do cards. If you don't, the website is misleading.
4) I agree the text is too small.
5) the youtube video is too dark. can you get a video with better lighting? I think that is very important.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful. Again, I thought the overall style of your site is gorgeous. kudos to you.

The kid was at a wedding and the photo guy snapped that shot and I loved it, however there is a slide show type thing if you scroll through the pics -

Looks good, with the exceptions noted above. A bit larger type size would be appreciated. I think you could increase the type size as much as 50% and still have the entire front page displayed without the need to scroll downwards (for the typical monitor). Perhaps the addition of "What People Are Saying" (a testimonial page) and maybe even a client list (or partial client list) might be in order.

I urge you to look at and evaluate other performers sites to find ideas that you can incorporate into your site, making it uniquely yours (and not stealing their text, pics, etc; ideas outright). You're on your way!
