I'm not a big Beatles fan but I love helter skelter, I love the whole idea that the Beatles didn't want to be pigeon holed, there belief that they could write anything proved true in helter skelter.

I think the whole White Album proved that premiss, Rupe.

Another one I like is the slower version of Revolution. I like Revolution too but the slower versoin sounds better I think. I think revolution #9 sucks tho.

A lot depends on my mood.
Currently it is "Let It Be"
If you can pull it off in a biker bar without being violated by a corn dog, more power to you.

While I don't consider it a Beatle's song, Lennon's "Imagine" is one of my all time favorites. I believe Harrison was the only other Beatle to sit in on the album.
I can't honestly pick just one. So many strike home. There's another similar Beatle's topic here. http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......forum=32 |

Love The Beatles, best band ever in my opinion.
Got my phone loaded with Beatles songs and still got to get some more in there. My current favorite is "I'll be back". GlenD

"In my life", I am amzed that this mature perspective song was written and performed by guys who were in their early twenties. Used in the opening of the movie "Five Corners".
