as it happens if you look to the suppliers of the pot metal three inch coin replicas you will find they are sold as coasters - really.

so perhaps...
The three inch coin is coaster sized
the five is DVD sided
and the 8-12 are plate sized
...to all the coins I've dropped here

The three inch coins were made as coasters - you can verify that for yourselves - no joke

referring to a five inch coin as 'DVD' sized seems more up to date than as "coffee dish" or "saucer" sized
...to all the coins I've dropped here

Iv been using the nice chrome ones lately the shine really adds to the retention and the weight helps ficilitate things
