Does anyone know what happened to their customaer service?
I have been trying to contact them for nearly a week now.....first their customerservice email doesn't work, then I tried emailing one of the other contact emails they have, no response. Can anyone shed some light as to how I can contact them? |

Isn't Justin Style affiliated with them? He may be able to help. He seems to be a great guy, maybe he will chime in....
Magic is an art. I am merely a tour guide.

Hi Mickey:
Don't know what the situation is? But I can say that we are all here and present and accounted for. Except for Rocco and Bill, who are at the magic Castle this week, Roger (the inventor and creator) Jim and I are here. I know the web site is getting updated, so maybe that's why you are having trouble? But I'm not sure? If you tried to e-mail customer service through the site and it didn't go through, try to send an e-mail to: bill@dlite.com Or, you can call the office and speak to Jim. He handles the web orders. D'LITE: (201) 444-6267 I hope this helps? Good luck - Justin |
