I have this tube supposes to use for producing parakeet. You show the tube empty, poor water, or burn paper...close the lid, make magic gesture, open the lid, produce a rigid cage with a live parakeet. I was told it was made by a man name starts with a T something but I forgot. It's an antique and not being produced any more.(I was told like that)
Does any one knows any thing about this prop? Please shed a light for me. Please see images below Thanks Ken |

This appears to be a Thayer piece based on the senciling on the outer tube.

"Thayer" Yes, that's the name. Thank you Richard. Do you know any thing about Thayer you can tell me? Is he the one who made props like Chalet?
