Today in England is St.Georges Day our patron saint.Unfortunately not many people tend to celebrate it,unlike in other parts of the UK.There are campaigns to make it a national holiday but will probably get nowhere.The PC brigade will be out in force.Apparently its not very nice to fly your own flag in your own country for fear of upsetting the immigrant population.Anyway celebrate and be proud to be English.

St. George lives in Ireland and does children's magic....that's my story and I'm sticking with it. How the Catholic church knew of him all those years before is a puzzle for the Spanish Inquisition to figure out...
