I saw a guy on a bicycle with a pair of crutches in one hand and he was missing a leg.
I feel lucky, Things could be worse.

I know the gas prices are high but there are less people on the road and I'm not stuck in traffic.
I feel lucky, things could be worse.

A wise man once told me, "Every day above ground is a good day." Oversimplified, but with a lot of truth.

Guess they forgot to tell Bill Buckley.

"...as we reason and love, we are able to hope. And hope enables us to resist those things that would enslave us."

One of my best days was spent in a cave.

I just came back from doing a show in a nursing home. EVERY person was laid-up and in a wheel chair. There were about 45 people and I couldn't ask one of them to come up and be an assistant. Even so, the hour flew by and there were a few effects on the list that didn't get a chance to be in the show.

Overall I feel greatfull and I appreciate the little things... because afterall, things could always be worse.

Tomorrow, I'll wake up and go for a nice ride, early. Maybe I'll stop to smell the roses???

Justin, I gotta tell ya, your upbeat POV on life, and the no-frills, from the 'hood way you express it, always puts a smile on my face.

Thanks...very much.

What are the odds? I saw the same thing as well.

My guy had two legs but he was riding a bike with crutches.

Is it guys with crutches bike to work day or something?

I cried because I had no hat,
until I met a man who didn't have a head.

That reminds me of a funny story...
