Anybody here use Mazilla Firefox and having trouble playing Youtube videos lately?
I can't get them to play at all/ If they move they have no sound. Internet Explorer works though. Just wondered if it's my PC, or if other people are having the same problems

Youtube recently upgraded things to a new player that I believe is still in Beta. Are you using the old one or the new one...?

No Doug, it isn't your computer. When I last updated Firefox, I couldn't view videos either. Unfortunately, I don't remember what I had to do, but it might have been as simple as installing the latest Java.
It didn't take long, just google about a bit. John

I have the latest version of FF, YouTube works fine. Old version and new beta version.
When you first install FF and go to YouTube you'll probably be prompted to install a plugin. |
