Well it is true. CupsCon is giving away Chop Cups just for coming to CupsCon 2009. If you were on the fence before this might change your mind. It is not hard to get the free Cup. All you have to do is the same things you would do if you were going to the Convention. Book your room, and register for the convention. Dose that sound hard?

Matt, everything is based on if We can afford Michael A. or not. I am in talks with him and hope to come to an understanding sometime soon. He has been traveling a lot lately.
I am going to cut the price for the early birds that sign up now. Except that to happen as soon as I lock down the last details with the location. lets say a week or two. I don't want to scare anyone with a high price, but with the count we are look at I have a price I will not go over and prices I want to try for. I am still waiting to see the last part of my cost of talent. Matt give me a bit more time for that answer. Sean |

So far the location is Houston, TX on July 25,26 2009. Hotel is in negotiations but will be announced soon. Join us at http://www.cupscon.com to keep up with the details. Once you sign up for the forum there, Sean will be able to notify you via e-newsletter on what's happening.

I am in final talks with the Hotel But I will say it is a sweet hotel.

Well I wanted to let everyone know we have finished talks with the location and we now have a home.
CupsCon 2009 will be held a one the the Houston Hiltons I will post the links to the group booking page in the next week as soon as it is ready. Look for it soon. I well tell you now that the room rate is going to be $96.00 a night. Which is a very good rate for a Hilton. The best rate I found for us in total. I hope it is to everyones likings.
