Can someone recommend the best Pull/ Vanisher...., and the best to stay away from Pull or Vanisher

Stay away from 'Transformer' by Werry...

The Raven has always been my favorite . . . if you get it, make sure you get Chuck Leech's companion video, it REALLY improves your handling of the device.

I like to work with the Raven and I love the Perfect Holdout.
Fast setup and a lot of possibilities.

I agree with hUrOn Low~. Werry's Transformer is the worst pull ever. Very cheap and impractical.

The Raven is great, I use it all of the time.

A great non-pull vanisher is a king size vernet TT

I think the Raven is the best one.

What about the Super Utility Vanisher by Woody Pittman? Anyone has this pull? Comments?

Different pulls for different purposes.

For small objects I like the Vernet Pull/Vanisher.

For a lightning-fast visible silk vanish the Dick Zimmerman Super Pull is great.

I have only the Vernet Pull. It works fine for me.

How about the RealReel by Hottrix? There are totally four kinds of the pull. How are they different from each other?

Do all pulls have to be used wif long sleeves?
Any of these uses a hook up that can be done wif T-shirt?

The realReels from hottrix are no good. Their new "python" pulls might be good though.

Pulls, as a general rule do not go up the sleeve. Holdouts do. Most pulls go under an open jacket. The exceptions would be a lightning pull for a silk vanish or a birdcage pull.

And... the best pulls are those you make yourself to fit your needs. They take some fiddling to get right, but it is well worth the time spent.

My favourite pull is the also cheapest one available - the black plastic 'egg on a string' put out by Royal. Easily customized to length, easily replaced (around three bucks), and it fits my hand nicely. Vernet pulls are nice, too, and a couple notches up on the price scale.

The WORST pulls are probably right next to the Royal gizmos in your dealer's case -- turned wooden ones from India. Around $2 retail, and barely worth that. Use them for slow-motion vanishes where mystification is unimportant.

Nobody has really asked the right question. What are you trying to vanish? The best pull depends on what you are trying to vanish.
