I have this and started showing this tonight. It seemed to go over really well.
I do have a couple of concerns though. First, the disc only comes with one file (that I'm aware of) for a card to rise. This concerns me as if I want to show the effect again to somebody after some time has passed, if they saved the first card and compare it is going to be a problem. Does anybody know if the creator is planning on releasing more files of other cards to rise? The other concern I have is the Out to Dinner clip. I am currently using a rubberband but have thought of using the clip. Looking at the pics on the web, it looks like the clip does not look the same on both sides. Part of the effect is to turn over the stack so they see a blank card after you remove the one that just animated. Won't the difference in the clip make it noticable that you have flipped it over? Any help you can offer on either of these topics is much appreciated.

I believe it is Brian Curry from DC who sells it. I think at the very least Penguin Magic stocks it.

I do this effect and it is a knock out. I have never had a problem with the clip. By then the magic is done and no one cares.
As far as the card rise....make your own. Draw it with a sharpy and scan it in...... That being said, it would be nice if the creator would provide more downloadable templates for those that own BC. This thread has some info on making stamps http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......&start=0 Hope this helps....its a killer effect Dorian

Thanks for the replies.
I tried it with a sharpie first and I had problems with is smearing. It seemed to make no difference what I did, it smeared. So I had them printed at Office Max on a Laser Jet printer. They look great, it is just that there is only one choice for which card rises. I guess drawing and scanning it in is a possible solution, but I would rather have it on my computer already. I was kind of hoping maybe this thread would catch the eye of Brian Curry and he would release an expansion file. Wishful thinking I suppose. Dorian, Do you think the clip makes it any easier to do the out to lunch principle than a broccoli rubberband which is what I am using now? Thanks all. -Paul
