And so you should - you are absolutely correct - there is nothing to stop the woman with the right combination of looks, talent, hard work, intelligence and all the other requirements making it.

The sex of the next magic superstar is not predetermined.

In fact I would think being a woman would be an asset.

And as a neutral observer in the battle of the sexes can I just say, if men can do it - it can't be too difficult.
