After watching the Demo video seems to be a lot of rubbing for such a little bend . With all the rubbing going on I would have bent that fork 3 differnt ways using proper misdirection . You have got to be kidding me Rub Rub rub for that ridiculous bend sorry but I am just being honest here . GET Banachecks Dvd's that's all you need !

Thanks for your comments, I don't believe that a a fork should bend in 3 seconds. Would that look natural? But believe me, it's very easy to bend it.

There's no need to rub it a lot (even thought you got that idea from the video) you can go to your favourite magic shop and see it for yourself in action. I'm 300% sure you'll change your opinion.
And since you speak in Banachek DVD's... This effect includes a bonus routine by Banachek, as Banachek itself enjoyed Phork.

All great resources. Banachek DVD's are HIGHLY recommended, I love them.

I don't know, but tophatter has a good point.
You can rub rub rub any commom fork and get the same results.

Spending several hundred dollars for a fork bending effect, I'd personally want the fork to bend more openly.
Less touch and more mind control presentations, like the key bend from Yves Doumergue.

I would re do that demo also, too dark.
Plus it's pretty much the same two girls over and over.

I would like to make a small review of phork.

I had access to one of these kits, and man, they created a huge impovement in my point of view. The simple fact that your are not restricted, most of the time, to temperature makes it a pro worker. The other models cannot be compared to this, thrust me.

About the fork - It looks and feels like a very realistic fork, not a cheap toy. 10/10 points here. You don't need to rub that much. I know the demo transmits the opposite, but it is just not the case.

The package itself - It was all done with a great care and love, you can see and touch since the first time you open it.

Price - You are buying here a prop and the research time for the best materials. By comparing the price to what you recive, you are getting a bargain.

If you do metal bending, I cannot see a better thing to do and get, it looks like the real thing.

How long can it 'sit' at room temp?

If the room doesn't dramatically change temp. (almost impossible to happen in a normal room), there is no limit, as far as I know. If that happens, there is one solution wich is provided.

Well, you see now that's important.
A little TLC never hurt anybody...and love, well we all need that.

gmmagic124, the Phork bends very easily, I believe you are getting the wrong impression from the demo. I think that if you could REALLY bend a fork, you should take your time, and not instantly bend it. But yes, the Phork bends quickly without rubbing. If you want to see a small video of me doing it with no cuts, email me and I'll be happy to show you that in fact Phork is VERY easy to bend.

The video is only for you to see that Phork is as smooth as silk.

Again, this kind of metals are NOT activated by "rubbing" like some suggested. They work by temperature. Obviously you don't need rubbing to make it work.
