At the next fair/carnival you're at, go to the airbrush/painting stand who draws on clothing. Get one of the little bucket hats (see pic below) Have the artist put "Magic" or "Magician" etc, on the front of the hat. Then have them put a picture of a card (any will do) on the top part of it.
When performing (and wearing the hat), do a card trick and force that card which is on your hat to the spect. Go thru funny "moves" to try to find their card. Finally give up and put your head down in shame and to pick up the cards on the table. The spect will see the picture of their card and have a good laugh too. I use it quite a bit and people like it. -Get two hats w/ two different cards and you can switch out hats and repeat later when someone usually asks you to do it again for them or a friend who missed it. Nice idea. Alot like the comedy bit, card on glasses. And if the hat is too much of an investiment for you, shave a card name into the hair on your head.

There you go. Nothing like some clubs beating you on the head, eh? The hats usually go for around $15 including the paint job, depending on the booth. If the hat fits your personaltity/performance style, give it a try.

I have done a similar idea with a shirt.
I made some iron-ons with my computer of the back of a card and the face of a card. I put the back of the card on the front of my shirt and on the face of the card on the back of my shirt. I always play the comedy bit. Oh, I couldn't find your card, what was it... Oh it's right here on my shirt (point to the back of the card on my chest) (everyone laughs). Then I say really it is my card, let me turn it around. (Turn around and show the card on my back)
Magically,

I also have something similar I made myself. What a ka-winky-dink! I find that sometimes the iron-ons come loose or "broken" after you wash them, so I don't use that too much anymore.

Actually if a shirt would be an investment for someone, Ellusionist sells their trick shirt which has a card picture on it. I believe its relativly cheap (only a little more then a shirt) and also can be washed and worn without fear of losing the picture
