So the client was ENRON ... they are used to screwing the everyday man.
Wow, I think cut and restored tie would be my next trick..... san the restore!! and without removing it from his neck. To get back on track... the solution would be NOT to make a big deal about it. Calmly go over to security and report the guy as creating a problem and have him removed for drunk and disorderly behavior. Whether he was drunk or not he was still an a pain in the butt. Let the professionals handle it. If they don't follow the idiot out to his car and jack his Lexus.
