Seems like she is doing a good serivce. I am sure others will not think so.

I skipped past it on first read, but it does talk about Jon Stetson as well. Interesting stuff!

She says she has "intuition." The articles said her clients called her "psychic."

I believe in intuition, it's pattern recognition. She is probably a good listener too, something that management is surprising bad at in some companies. Unfortunately, the video wouldn't play for me now, so I didn't get to hear what she says about herself. I did go to her web site, and saw that she's written three books about intuition. From what I've seen so far, she's does not appear to be misrepresenting herself.

From the article:
Quote:
Lawson tells NEWSWEEK, recalling Day's quick insights into the poor coordination between the company's research and marketing teams.

This is certainly a common repeating pattern in industry. The disconnect between marketing and research organizations is so common, it's even been mentioned in the Dilbert comic strip.

That's not to take away from what she does. Sometimes people need someone to tell them what's going on.
Humans make life so interesting. Do you know that in a universe so full of wonders, they have managed to create boredom. Quite astonishing.

No she says shes psychic actually. Look at the part where she talks about her teenage son at 2 am.

Very interesting,

I liked how she addressed the question from "Newsweek" -

"Will you make a prediction for us?"
