Hi All,
Just wanted to share a video I made. Listen to the words of the song and hopefully the cards match up. I did it all in one shot. I wish I could say it took only a couple of takes, but it took quite some time. I have many more vids like this in the works. I'm so excited about some of these ideas and concepts that I've been working on for months. I'm a teacher, so I have the summers off. I've finally stopped buying magic, because I'm engaged and well... you know how that goes-trying to save money... so I've started to create which has been a fun magical journey. Please be respectful with comments- I know it's not perfect. Jason Jacobs from Cincinnati, Ohio http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lF24Ne1VlHg |

Well done, I liked it. I imagine that it would have taken a few tries. Also, camera work was pretty good.

Wow, that was wonderful! Kind of made me think of that classic Dylan music video (or whatever they called them back then) where he has the cue cards.
Hope your students see this because if they do, they have to think of you as the coolest teacher ever. Oh, and my commiserations on the engagement. Hope it won't affect your magic too badly.

I enjoyed it very much. Very creative!! I liked the music, and you can tell
you put a lot of work to match the words with the sleights. Well Done!! David Paul

Hi Grasshop34,
Have you seen Shawn Farquhar's Shape of My Heart on YouTube? It takes the same direction as yours in the music and sleights theme of things. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkYNAwdFH9M&feature=related PS: Great work, by the way. Magically, Aus |

Great Job, Jason....
Entertaining, you looked like you were absolutely enjoying yourself. I like the creativity in your performance. You don't need to buy more magic, just keep doing what you do. Daniel

That was HOT! I think you have a GREAT DEMO in that routine. My suggestions are to put on a suit and get a suitable background other than a couch. Re-shoot it on a stage or with a solid backdrop, or go to a cool location in your city and shoot it again.
A great routine that not only shows off your skill, but also your creativity and your personality.

Wow, nice work with cards! The camera is shaking too much in my opinion, but regarding the card handling, you did a superb job.

I smell something HUGE in the works. Man... Hat's off to you for coming up with this concept. Truly unique and wonderfully entertaining!
