Caps are plastic, they'll float up whether you do magic or not...LOL
It's up to you if you don't mind working with gimmicks/set up and angles. |

Silvio, to answer angles I would say the angles are much better for this than what you might be concerned with. For example the one version of Factory Sealed is much more angley than anything in this. Very many of the routines could basically be done surrounded including the floating cap (ie. Submarine II, Submarine III, SubZero and others) And the bottle is totally displayed. Talked about before there's a lot of impromptu and borderline selfworking routines. You can combine it with Flow or you could also use two bottles and do them separately if you wanted, or together.
I think some of the other videos that aren't on the demo are better then what you see on the demo. If you just watch the demo you won't realize what all this is. The demo shows 3 out of 15 or more videos. Aquarius and Extreme Burn are easily the 2 most visual tricks I've seen this year. And they're both really practical. |

Doesn't sound like misdirection will help you here. Plus, there is no fair display of the bottle in the floating cap version that I saw. Looks good for the camera though. |

Looks good in person too.
It is one of those that is fun to do and looks impressive even when you are just practicing in the mirror. If you are against using a gimmick, there's gimmickfree ones, and plenty with hands totally empty clean. I did a review a while back that answers some stuff. http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......um=109&2 |

Thanks for the review.
I suppose you can do just about anything when you gimmick things. But, IMO gimmicking is not taking it to the next level. That kind of thinking has been around for years. The only variaition I thought I might be interested in, I'm not sure about. I don't think I'd be comfortable performing it...(hands covering) like shown in the demo. If you really could display the bottle fully and fairly for the last variation, I would think it would be shown in the demo. Not being able to just up and do it makes it quite limited in real world situations. I think I'll stick with Prohib for my cap in bottle routines. |

A gimmick often does what sleight of hand cant do or cant do as cleanly. In that sense it does go to the next level.

Prohib is gimmicked... Exactly, Prohibition and other cap in bottles are gimmicked also and the display is much more fair VS the foating cap variation. Quote:

Plus, Ending clean "with devices" is nothing new either. I would definitely be scratching my head as to how it was accomplished if there were no gimmicks, especially if you could show the bottle normal without all the hand cover which to me would be something amazing and magical. |

Why do you care if there is gimmicks or not? The audience doesn't know if there is or isn't anyway. Look through the eyes of a spectator who doesn't know what to look for or what gimmicks might be involved. And it doesn't matter whether you scratch your head or not, it is how the audience responds, not you, the buyer. Don't buy magic tricks to learn secrets that, "Made you scatch your head," buy them to entertain an audience.

Gimmicking the bottle AND having another gimmick on your person is a bit impractical for a CIB routine where the bottle isn't even shown fairly to the audience. The perrier bottle display was nice though. More natural looking. |

Hmmm... The first effect on the trailer with the Perrier bottle REALLY looks incredible... I ordered it... we'll see then.
Thanks for your clarifications Jsmith45. Cheers! |

Just received it... Well... the ideas are quite good, but maybe I missed something: can somebody tell me where I can find the explanation of the Perrier bottle??? I looked for it and couldn't find it anywhere in the booklet... Don't want to expose too much, but it's clearly not the "general" method used for the set-up...
Thanks for your help! |

Oh! Ok! Yep... should probably have thought of that, but since people were saying everything was explained in the booklet...
Anyway, thanks Doug! |

I read so much good reviews and I ordered mine yesterday. I never did a cap or coin in bottle thing and for the price it seems unbeatable. I'm really looking forward to receive it!
Cheers, Jarod

Oh, I forgot. I read something about a forum and vids. Do you get a password or something with the product to enter it?

I guess I'll jump. Sounds like there's a good mix of gimmicked and nongimmicked methods.
