As stated by Richard Sanders, some methods are better suited than others. It depends on the venue/circumstancs.

Flip change (I think that's what its called, the one where you have half of the bills in your hand and the other halfs hanging off of your index finger) for the initial change and then the underground change to change them back. However, once I finish watching Prophet then I'm sure I'll implement that somehow.

I love the Underground Change. I always perform that. Depending on the setting, I also perform the Twist Change or the Gravity Change.

I prefer the Gravity Change done slowly. It just seems smoother with no quick motions.

I like the flicker change, followed by the underground change...

Flicker usually. Although I think it's best to have about 3 readily accessible, just because they are practical in different situations.
