That got you all..
I love Sankeys 'Shape of things to come' on Front Row Sankey. Plus I have Osterlind's fantastic ODDS. I married the two routines together to eliminate the need to work with the c**b s***t Tried this out at a strolling function yesterday and it went down a storm. If you're not familiar here is the routine. 1. Show around 30 different pictures drawn (on the back of my business cards). 2. Ask someone to mix them under the table, and to take one card and place it under their leg (sight unseen). Now ask them to take another picture and place it on the table face down (with their hand covering it so you can't see it). Now talk about the difference between telepathy and clairvoyance. You mention telepathy is seeing into someone's thoughts, but clairvoyance is seeing something which nobody knows. 3. Now ask them peek at the drawing under their hand. Then you draw something on the back of one of your business cards. You've guess it, the two drawings match. 4. Now remind them they have a drawing under their leg, which nobody has seen, (including themselves). You draw another picture on one of your business cards... impossibly it matches the drawing they have hidden under their leg. Try it for yourselves, it really is good stuff. |

I was looking forward to the wedding pictures...they make a cute couple.
When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth...

Greg,
Thanks for sharing your ideas on Richards blog, I guess there are many creative ways to use ODDS if you sit down and have a good think.. |

"...If they had a son they could name him Ricky Jay...." That was brilliantly funny. Thanks! |
