There is this no-cover coin assembly on this video, called "Square One". Is it any good (could somebody please describe the effect in more detail?) Is it pure sleight of hand?
Thank you.

I beleive it is his take on Chink A Chink concluding with a Reverse assembly back to the 4 corners. I do not beleive it uses gaffs but it does use a few extras.

Yes no gaffs, a few extras, and it looks spectacular. However, as with much of Ray's stuff it'll take alot of practice.
As s segal said, the end of the routine is all four coins jumping from a single pile to all four corners in a flash - very visual. |

Do you end clean?

No, since "extras" are used, they are still on the table when you finish. Ray simply scoops everything up and pockets the entire stack getting rid of any evidence.

Yeah I know...extremely old post.
I was wondering if anyone ever used this handling. It seems unworkable to me, even seeing Ray do it was awkward. Is it just that I'm seeing with magician's eyes? Let me know what you guys think. |
