Most places carry the smaller ones. But 6 years ago or so I bought a set of 1.5" from a science and discovery store. I just can't remember where. They had them for a great price and I'm wondering if anyone knows any resources for these.

Thanks.

Those are very difficult to find. Several of us have had these on our watch lists. If I find some, I will let you know.

The entire world is looking for them. A few years ago Steve Spangler put out a very limited set that were huge. Bigger than a super ball. Sadly the wholesale cost was over $30.

Now, I do not know this for sure. I am going to try. I have read if you take a superball, and put it in something very cold, like liquid 02, no idea how long, take it out and let it come back to room temp; my understanding is that it will not bounce anymore.

I will be playing with this over the summer and let you know.

Interesting. If it works, you could go into business for yourself!

Good luck. Mark.

The new name is "C3B Color Bounce No Bounce Balls". They have different colors now. You can find the balls at the following magic websites:

Yipee... Daryl and Fooler Doolers to the rescue! I still have a number of sets of the large 1 1/2" Bounce/No Bounce Balls available and the RETAIL price is $19.95 per set. If you purchase three or more sets, I can extend to you my wholesale price $12.00 per set! These are listed on our A-Z Product Listing as "Bounce/No Bounce Balls (Large). Here's the address:

By the way, I also have a little booklet of tricks using these amazing balls. We look forward to serving you.

I will have to say the set sold by Daryl is fantastic! BUT - I will say this (it should be common sense, which does not seem to be so common anymore) DO NOT do this on a glass table top...I saw another performer doing a routine with this very set and he used a glass table. It did not end well when the spectator tried to bounce the ball...

And Daryl, keep up the great work!

Well, there's the word from THE MAN!

If you need the bounce, no bounce balls -- that's where to get them.

BTW, the idea of putting them in liquid O2 probably isn't a good one. The ball may shatter.

I think these might might have been the set made by Wren Enterprises Steve Spangler Science. This was originally a 1.5" set and sold specifically as a magic prop, now they've shrunken to only 1" in diameter:

The set of 1.5" Wren balls are so old they were actually made in the USA! They were packaged as, "The World's largest Bounce no Bounce Balls."

Chad Long's opening effect with these balls is the best! The perfect comedy magic opener.

Has Chad released his bounce routine or is it available anywhere?
Thanks for any info,

I know Bill asked his question back in September of last year, but in case anyone is searching here: Chad's opening using the Bounce/No Bounce set is found in his note set "Some Other Stuff"
