It appears that Whit and Chef have done it again! They have added two new colors of peas to there Perfect Pea line; this could be the biggest thing to happen to the shell game since my Deacon Dan Shells. This is truly wonderful news. My mind is going a mile a minute just thinking about the possibilities starting with my new color changing pea routine.
Our friends don't have to agree with me about everything and some that I hold very dear don't have to agree about anything, except where we are going to meet them for dinner.

I love the perfect peas, but was never crazy about the bright green color. I prefer white, and am really pleased to hear that they are available. The only other improvement I can think of would be to produce a "bumpy" or not quite round version (or maybe a "navy bean" shaped version?) that doesn't roll quite so easily.
When performing on an absolutely level surface, there's no better pea available than the Perfect Pea. If the surface is the least bit tilted though, the Perfect pea tends to roll around, making it harder to work with. I have been playing with the idea of an arm board to perform on, but it would be difficult to use a perfectly round pea for this. I have some "bumpy" sponge peas I made and coated in latex, and they work well, but the latex covering will eventually oxidize, and the peas will stop working. Perfect Peas would solve this problem. Oh well, some people are never satisfied! Don

And now ladies and gents I present for your amusement three little shells and one white Lima bean!!!!! I think it loses something. I think I will stick with round.

Obviously, Wolfy, you are not a bean aficionado, if you could ever possibly confuse a Navy bean with a Lima bean
