I tried this, it is a little dangerous since you are obviously working with glass, but it is very easy to do.

Montemagic - Thanks much for the video. I have in the past hollowed out a few bulbs for a certain trick I have. The way it's outlined sure looks a heck of a lot easier than they way I did it.

Having hollowed many lightbulbs for bill to light bulb, that procedure is pretty much right one. However I would wear a pair of GLOVES when doing it. There's nothing like having to pick out hundreds of little pieces of glass from your hand when the bulb breaks.
