It all depends on the indiviual. Some indiviuals might want small crowds because of the nervousness, some want festival crowds because of the population. Some want shaded cool areas, some do not mind the weather. Some want an area where a amplifier can be used, some want a lower profile area. Some want secure areas where there are some cops, some feel relaxed with no security. It all depends on the indiviual's interest and desires.

Best Spot... Any place they don't try and bounce you out of for trying to have some fun and make a few people laugh. Of course the hats don't hurt either.
