I never ordered the Roughing Stick. But I have ordered his bills before. The bills already had the powder of the Roughing Stick on them. The bills worked great. So I think the Roughing Stick is worth buying.

Where does a person purchase this item? Is it a "normal" dealer item, or, only available from Finn Jon, etc.?

This must not be Kansas anymore, Toto.

Stevens Magic has it along with a Youtube clip showing how to use it:

I finally got one of these,it's fantastic!

I opened a fresh deck & made an I.D. in about 10 minutes, no spraying, waiting for it to dry, passing out from fumes,etc.................

Worked perfectly, the deck handles like a dream.

I HIGHLY recommend getting one of these!

Mike,

Are you going to be using the cards regularly?

I'm wondering how long the application will last. I have a finely-trimmed Mental Photography deck which I'd like to re-use. It's lost its grip and the other decks I've bought over the last year are trimmed so much that it's visible up close.

Thanks,

Steve H

I would like to know that as well. Also, does it stay on the cards? In other words, does the stuff transfer on to other things the way fanning powder does?

The deck I made is working great, I have been using it every day since I made it up to replace my old roughing spray ones.

The substance has not rubbed off or transferrd on to anything.

I have used it to make up a few more tricks & it works great, I even have spectators handle the roughed cards in one of the effects & they have no clue that anything is unusual about the cards.

It's a great product.
