Anyone used this site and got what they ordered?

I ordered a coin box back in july, it didn't have a shipping option so I checked out and mailed him to tell me how much was needed for shipping and id send it, didn't hear nothing for a month although I sent a few more emails, I log a paypal refund dispute and up he pops saying how much postage should be, which I promptly send, since then I emailed him once he asked for my order number which I replied with, since then nothings been heard even though I have again tried to contact him, dragging on now and wondered if anyone else has had problems with this site

Easier said than done

as I filed a dispute on the transaction, he suddenly appeared and stated the shipping, which I paid, the dispute timed out so a month later I'm still wondering were it is, I try to reopen the dispute but cant as its closed

I didn't realize you were in England when I sent you a PM so I went ahead and called Bob myself. He too is a bit frustrated. He's shipped it to England but because shipping to England with tracking is cost prohibitive, (particularly for inexpensive tricks), he doesn't have tracking on it and so it shows up when it shows up. My son also has a busy ebay business, (non-magic), and I know that he's also had difficulty at times shipping overseas. Once this year he shipped $6000 worth of product to England and it all got held up at some warehouse for 2 months before finally getting distributed to the various buyers.

I guess I ramble. Anyway, it DID ship but at this point there is little that Magic 4 Less can do about it except wait for it to arrive. Bob said that he has emailed you several times but for some reason several of the emails he has sent haven't made it to you for some reason. Lost in that great bit bucket in the sky I suspect.

These things can happen to any shop ( or to any person ). Sounds like Bob is working to correct it.
