Just wondering what some of your favorite magic sites are. I know all of us have many we visit on a regular basis. Smile

The Magic Café is one of course Smile

The Magic Zone

The Ultimate Magic network

These 3 I visit daily, and there are others but they just hurt my credit card.

Pretty much the only two where I spend any time are Visions and here.

I would have to say that I really love Visions, I used to like another message board a long time ago. It was called Magic...something, I can’t remember.

Of course the Café here rocks! Smile

For overall best site on the Internet, Visions gets my vote. For forums it would be "Visions", "The Magic Café" and the "Genii" Forum.

Quite honestly Steve, "The Magic Cafe" is the one I visit most! I love the exchange of ideas, thoughts and the friendly atmosphere! I know your heart has gone into this and you have done such a wonderful job!

The most valuable asset of the whole thing is the friendships I am developing!

Second, would have to be Magic Smith! I know it isn’t a message board, but just browsing the new tricks out is great because they update frequently!

That’s easy:

Here (of course).

Visions (e-zine) and Meeting of Magic Minds (message board).

Connoisseur Conjuring (a message board -- with a brilliant moderator in the bizarre section; oops, sorry, that’s me! Smile )

The Learned Pig, including Gene Poinc’s website.

Plus a number of digests and e-zines that come to me:

Ring2100 (of the IBM); SAMtalk (of the SAM); Shadow Network (bizarre); and e-zines from New York, Ireland, South Africa, England, and New Zealand that I write columns for.

cheers,

Peter Marucci

Good point, Tom.

It seems I’m working more now that I’m retired than I did before!

Add performing, and it’s CERTAINLY true! Smile

Fortunately, I really enjoy both.

A site I visit regularly is MagicWeek (www.magicweek.co.uk) and that's where I found the link to this message board!

Hi! I am a very new user, but I wanted to say that one of my favorite online magic sites is

About.com’s "Magic and Illusion" site, at

http://magic.about.com/.

This is partly because two tricks I submitted are posted there, "Survivor" and "Subliminal Influence," showing that the site has terrifically good taste. Smile

I also recently joined Connoisseur Conjuring, and am enjoying that a lot.

I agree with Peter Marucci that the moderators there, including the one for the Bizarre section, are very friendly and helpful.

I don’t have any favourites as of yet, but I enjoy the Learned Pig, Keven James, Gary Oulette, All Magic and of course, where I am right now.

You can almost smell the coffee. Smile

Oh yeah, and the Geni Forum and Ring 2100 digest.

I think should do it.

I'd like to add the Coin Purse and allmagic to my list. Both are excellent.

I was going to list the sites that I like, but then I realized that I already have compiled that list at http://execpc.com/~obermann/magic

I visit some more than others. And since I found the Cafe’ I spend most of my online time here. This is really a great forum.

I have a few favorite sites. Magic Cafe is sure to be one, but I am new. I visit Ultimate Magic Network and About Magic.com multiple times a day, and Totaltricks.com once every few days. I also visit Card Trick Central and sites like that a lot. I browse sites a lot also.

I second Geoff’s view.

This has to be the best Magic Forum I’ve seen.

Keep up the good work guys.

(oh ohh, brown nose alert) Smile
