Thanks to all.. I was learning from Magnalucius, and I keep on learning from him with his posts in the Café, but I have no other reference in my life from a bizarre magician. I'm looking for hauntiques, so Curator when I have some money, that's my next step. Thanks bill, I'll look forward for your items also, they are really interesting and Magna told me a lot from them.
Best Regards Que viva la magia! |

Ah, Magnalucius! What a loss to the world of magic and to the world itself! I called him a friend, but we never met other than on the Café. My life is richer for having known him.

Things I liked:
1) I really liked the way you have "bizarred up" a rather standard effect. Well done. 2) I really like not trying to hide the force, but making it a part of the effect. Well done. 3) I really like the appearance of the deck. I try to avoid "card tricks," as it looks more like finger flinging than something bizarre. This deck takes it away from that comparison. Things I didn't like: 1) For some reason, a lot of bizarre magic videos are excruciatingly long for no reasons. Respectfully, I think the video could be shortened by tightening it up, especially at the end where all you're doing is standing there. 2) Calling it a "terrifying" card trick is more than a bit of hype. I don't know of any card trick that is terrifying or even could be terrifying. I know some that are stultifying, but calling it terrifying makes me think, "Yeah. Right." Other adjectives such as "surprising," or "shocking" I would find believable. But "terrifying?" Sorry, I don't buy it and would respectfully suggest changing that adjective. Overall: A great idea for reconstructing an old concept in a bizarre form. Congratulations on your work! The editing of the video and sales copy, IMO, needs a bit of work. |
