(If this isn't the correct forum you have my apologies.)

I'm wondering if anyone else here has had problems shipping products to Malaysia? I've sent two sets of notes to the country and neither reached their destination. Is it a problem with the customs?

It sucks as now the only thing that I can do is to refund the customers money for more than a complete loss.

How do you guys deal with problems of this sort? USPS tracking is only good to the countries customs, after that it drops off the radar.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions you might offer.

I been there for a yr and ordered tons of stuff online. Never had problem. What area do you live in?
